Rowing Marathon: Sponsorship

Along with many others that complete (or hope to complete) a marathon, I entend to raise a bit of money at the same time by asking for sponsorship. My chosen charity is the Blood Pressure Association. Their aims are to provide people with high blood pressure (like me!) with information and services that meet their needs. More.

Every £10 will enable the BPA to reach 20 people with information on the importance of high blood pressure - information that could save their lives.

There are 21 sets of 2000m in a marathon, so 50p per 2000 metres would work out at £10.50 if I managed the whole lot
